- Eric has been adamant, vocal and active in criticising the government, including doing one man protests and demonstrations at the Parliament building.
- Eric Omondi is one of the very vocal creatives who raised to the occasion for calling out the government. He is well know for his initiative “sis kea sisi” that was established on grounds of common Kenyans helping each other, an initiative that has saved many.
Eric says some post like the nominated members, women reps among others are very useless and unnecessary and Kenyans can’t see any value in them and therefore they must be scrapped.
“Kenya is overrepresented,” Eric says while launching a signature collection drive, pushing for a referendum.
“We are going to abolish the positions of nominated MPs, Senators and MCAs. We are going to abolish the position of woman representative. Taxpayers are carrying the burden of paying for overlapping offices.”
“We will be collecting signatures across the country. All we need is a million signatures. That should take us less than two weeks,” the Comedian said. .
