Tragically, Willy Paul’s counsel comes shortly after the distressing news of the murder of Instagram model Starlet Wahu. The incident took place in an AirBnB in South B and was attributed to a man identified as John Matara, aged 30. CCTV footage revealed Wahu walking with the suspect towards their room in Papino apartments South B but didn’t show her leaving the premises. The situation unfolded with the discovery of used and unused condoms, an HIV test kit displaying a negative result, and a knife presumed to be the murder weapon.

According to the police reports, the assailant inflicted fatal wounds on Wahu, resulting in her demise. Despite her attempts to leave the house, she tragically succumbed to her injuries mere meters from the exit. The crime scene contained alcohol and the victim’s clothing, further adding to the grim details of the incident. Investigations revealed that the pair had rented the accommodation for the night, shedding light on the context of the tragic events that unfolded.

Authorities managed to trace the suspect to Mbagathi Hospital, where he was receiving treatment for potential stab wounds. The ongoing investigation aims to uncover more details surrounding the incident and bring justice to the tragic loss of Starlet Wahu.
