Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party secretary general Edwin Sifuna has challenged party members who are praising President William Ruto to leave the opposition and join the president’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA).
Speaking on Sunday, January 26, 2025, during a church service at Eden Gospel Trumpet Ministry in Dagoretti, Nairobi, Sifuna accused these members of betraying the party’s origins and its mission in the country by aligning themselves with the current government.
Wengina wananiambia sasa wamechoka kutetea wananchi.
This comes month after the ODM principal Raila Odinga joined hands with Ruto and delivered some experts to the Kenya Kwanza government. Since then, a number of ODM MP have seem to pledge layolt to the governmrent, somthing that does not sit well with ODM Se Gen Edwin Sifuna
