‘Makasiriko Tu’ – Prezzo Calls Activist Kasmuel McOure a Clout Chaser.

Rapper Jackson Ngechu Makini, better known as Prezzo, didn’t hold back in expressing his views on revolutionist Kasmuel McOure during a recent podcast session. Prezzo accused Kasmuel of being an opportunist, claiming that the activist is merely capitalizing on the Gen Z movement for personal gain.

“He’s just a clout chaser. Anyone with sense can see through the pretense and distinguish real activism from his attention-seeking antics,” Prezzo remarked.

In the same session, the rapper also addressed his recent collapse during the launch of fellow artist Bahati’s show. Prezzo explained that his fainting spell was due to exhaustion from a hectic schedule, not the presence of the Deputy President, as some speculated.

“Bahati knows me well enough to remind me of events well in advance, but that week was packed. On the day of the launch, I was still at the office when I got the reminder call. I rushed over because I wouldn’t let him down. To set the record straight, I didn’t faint because I met the DP. It happened during a red carpet interview,” he clarified.

Kasmuel McOure rose to prominence amid the Gen Z-led protests against the Finance Bill 2024, capturing attention with his relentless criticism of the Kenya Kwanza government. His appearances at demonstrations, often clad in a three-piece suit, have made him a notable figure in the ongoing political discourse.
