Nuru Okanga is an adamant supporter and a diehard disciple of Azimio la Umoja.

Nuru Okanga recently claimed that the Parliamentarian receives 300million every month from every County government, proceeds of his garbage collection business, an allegation  the MP refuted while he was hosted at the same show.

 The duo were jointly hosted yesterday, 19th August 2024 and netizens expected some venomous banters and fire blows. However,  contrary to their expectations, Nuru Okanga seemed to be humbled and taking some financial lessons from the Kapseret Parliamentarian. This comes a few weeks after Nuru Okanga alleged that Sudi receives close to 300million every month from all the counties out of his garbage collection business.The show turned to a financial-philanthropy session as Sudi spited ‘wisdom’ on financial growth and offered to buy Okanga a three bedroom house in addition to 1.3 million Kenya shillings, A classic case of money can humble a man.

However, a section of Kenyans feel like the parliamentiarian is just dishing what he squanders from public coffers. Sudi was recently on the lime for giving a church offering of 20million at a church harambe,  not forgetting  flaunting his 16 million wrist watch weeks ago on the very same Obina Show live.

A section of Kenyans took to social platform to express there disappointiments from the Member of Parliament  “Pesa yetu hii ya taxes bana. Kenyans tuamkeni” one user said.

“And thats how people get compromised. you become indebted to him and will no longer speak or criticise him”

Some people also felt that Obina show has been turned into an avenue of money laundry justification where corruption proceeds are sanitised.

“It’s time we call out Obina show. We shouldn’t sanitise money and corruption via content creation.” one user said.
