Straight from the Courtroom to injecting; Morara Kebaso is a true embodiment of bold, sassy, and courage.

Straight from the Milimani Law courts where the Activist was arraigned on Tuesday after his arrest on Monday evening at his Kahawa Sukari HQ, Morara Kebaso led a civic education in the heart of Nairobi, making impromptu rally and several stops of injecting within the Central Business District.

Condemning his arrest on Monday and his subsequent arraignment on Tuesday, Kebaso said no amount of intimidation by the government will stop him from doing the ‘God’s work’, arguing all Kenyans to join him in sending the current regime and its cabals home come 2027 general election.

Morara Kebaso was arrested on Monday evening and arraigned on Tuesday at Milimani Law Courts where he was charge with cyber harassment for publishing false information on his X account against one David Lagat, a prominent businessman in Eldoret contrary to the Computer Misuse act of 20218.

Represented by a battalion of learned counsels led by senior counsel NARC Kenya Leader Martha Karua, the team faulted the charge sheet, telling the court that it was maliciously crafted, and without substance, asking the court to strike the charge sheet out as it doesn’t stand a legal threshold. Karua, while addressing the court, said the real compliant ought to have been William Ruto and not David Lagat, wondering why they fear putting the name of William Ruto as the complainant against Kebaso.

Chief Magistrate Onyina directed that he would rule on the legality on the charge sheet on Friday and 2PM and realised Kebaso on a 50000/ cash bail. Soon after being set free, Morara was received by a crowd of his followers who had been waiting him outside the Milimani court, and together they began their journey towards the central business area for a rally.

However, police vehicles seeking to stop them blocked all the routes to CBD, forcing Kebaso to alight his car and attempt to go past the road block on foot. Morara bared made a few steps, when the officers lobbed teargas canisters, forcing them to disperse for their safety. Morara and his team however made it to the CBD, where he made several stops while address the crowd.

While injecting, Morara said his arrest just emboldened him and his journey for a better Kenya, arcing all Kenyans to join him in the fight against corruption, bad governance amongst other vices insisting that Kenya is home and Kenya must be respected.
