John Methu ignited discussion regarding the leadership change of the Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital (KUTRH) CEO. Karen Nyamu instructed the Nyandarua senator, reminding him of the temporary nature of the role. Methu humorously replied, alluding to Nyamu’s well-known dance abilities, causing fans to laugh.
Nyamu responded in the comment section of the post, advising Methu not to disparage Kamau’s replacement as it was only a temporary position.
Nonetheless, Methu criticized the nominated senator, urging her to hold her remarks until it was appropriate to dance. Nyamu is known for her dancing skills, which may explain the lighthearted exchange.
“Isaac Kamau, the acting CEO of Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital (KUTRH), has been removed and replaced by Zainab Gura, who is also acting. The board that had appointed Kamau has been disbanded. Tunamaliza siasa ya ukabila na ujinga,” he wrote
Nyamu took to the comment section of the post, reminding Methu that he should not frown upon Kamau’s replacement since it was a temporary role.
“Ask him what acting CEO means. I’m sure he knew that was a temporary capacity,” she wrote.
However, Methu ripped into the nominated senator, telling her to reserve her comment until it was time for twerking. Nyamu is a good dancer and this could explain the banter.
“I will call you when people start twerking,” Methu replied.
