Akuku Danger mourn Dad; He succumbed to cancer

Mannerson Oduor, popularly known as Akuku Danger, has announced the passing of his father in a heartfelt social media post, expressing that their family will never be the same.
Through his Instagram page, the former Churchill Show comedian disclosed that his father had succumbed to his illness after a prolonged struggle to regain his health.

Akuku shared a photo of his father appearing stoic and healthy while leaning on a wooden rail. He wore a white turtleneck, sky blue pants, and an ash grey trench coat.

In the post’s caption, the content creator honored his late father, emphasizing the old man’s strong will to survive.

“I don’t even know what to say,” Akuku began, followed by several crying emojis. He continued, “Take care, Dad.” Our family will never be the same again. I wish you a safe journey as you move into the next phase. shine on. “You put up a fight,”

He also shared the post on his stories, accompanied by Chalice’s hit song ‘Shine On,’ with a message that simply read, “Go well, Dad,” followed by a burning candle and dove emojis.

Akuku’s close confidant, celebrated actress and MC Sandra Dacha, while consoling her friend, revealed that the comedian’s father had passed away from cancer.

“Cancer, you are a monster,” her post read in part.

In her eulogy for Akuku Danger’s father, she expressed, “I cannot even begin to comprehend what you are experiencing at this moment.” I am profoundly saddened by the news.

Your dad often took pride in sharing what a wonderful family he had. I understand that you were very important to him. He was a compassionate individual and a genuine gentleman, consistently placing the needs of others above his own. He will certainly be missed.

The news comes a year after the artist lost his younger sister, who passed away due to sickle cell disease.
