Part of  reasons why we mostly end in hospital for some weird disease is because of our diet. You all agree that man diet is of paramount significance. Whereas not many of us can afford a private nutritionist to advice us on our diets, it is always paramount to just be on the look of what we take in. After all, ‘junky in junk out’ right? so what you take in really determines your health.

Nutrition is basically how you take your diet and its intricate significance relation to your body healthy, growth and functionality.

QN Why is nutrition  Important is human life

 

Nourishing yourself definitely come with great benefits. Consider yourself taking a nice shower as an example, would you be unclean? definitely not! Same case with nutrition. What you consumes is very import because it defines who your body become.  Eating a well checked nutrition give the body the necessary energy supplements it requires. When your body is energies, the energy frequency is supplied to other things. Here is where you start experiencing emotional and  mental stability.

 

 

Qn  Now that you are on the field and you have seen what it has costed people for not taking their nutrition serious, What advice can you give

Your nutrition is important. It is just as important as sleeping, having exercise and all that stuffs. One should have dietary diversity in their meals, that is they should have access to different nutrients. Even better would be sourcing more of your food from fresh produce as opposed to processed stuffs. Its also important to learn your body physiological state so that you can know what nourishment to give it. It is very important to take care of our bodies to avoid deceases like cancers and all that other. Do not put your health at stake.
