KQ confirms scheduled flights for Sunday.

Amid a strike by Kenya Airways (KQ) pilots which has affected over 10,000 customers, the carrier has confirmed scheduled flights for today, Sunday, November 6.

Kenya Airline Pilots Association (KALPA) downed their tools on Saturday protesting what they termed as neglect of their grievances.

In a statement on Sunday, KQ confirmed that a total of 6 flights will take off with the earliest set for 12:45AM and the latest scheduled at 20:20PM.

KQ however clarified that the flights will only cater for passengers who are already booked for travel.
Here are the flights that received a travel nod:
1. Nairobi to Entebbe 12:45PM
2. Entebbe to Nairobi 14:45PM
3. Nairobi to Mombasa 13:30PM
4. Mombasa to Nairobi 15:30PM
5. Nairobi to Lusaka 17:00PM
6. Nairobi to Lusaka 20:20PM

Meanwhile passengers who had chosen not to travel due to the stalemate were advised to cancel their tickets, with the carrier assuring that a solution at the earliest opportunity will be provided.
