Agree to the present that an employer is a person with a tight schedule and busy hours, and may not have the pleasure of time going through your stories,  writing too much information may seem dope in your CV but believe me, its costing you big time.

First, consider removing Personal Information: Avoid sharing sensitive details like date of birth, marital status, ID number, KRA PIN, gender, or religion.

Photograph: Only include a photo if specifically requested by the employer, as this is not common in many countries.

Salary Information: Do not mention your current or expected salary. Also avoid listing reasons for Leaving Previous Jobs: It’s unnecessary to explain why you left past positions.

Full Address: Listing your city and county or just the city is sufficient. A full home address is not required.

Every Job Ever Held: Only include recent and relevant work experience to keep your CV concise. Avoid irrelevant Work Experience. Omit jobs unrelated to the role you’re applying for, especially if they were a long time ago.

References: Do not list references or mention “References available upon request” unless specifically asked for.

Personal Hobbies: Only list hobbies if they are directly relevant to the job. Additionally avoid excessive details on education: Avoid including high school details if you have higher education degrees. Only list courses relevant to the job.
