President Ruto opens 13th Parliament.

President William Ruto as per today Thursday said that he will lead an administration that will transform the country.Addressing a joint sitting of the National Assembly and Senate, the first address he has made to the House as president.

However, the president promised to “lead an administration dedicated to just” governance, adding that he will be a “loyal, hardworking and devoted president for every Kenyan.”

Dr Ruto also said that there should be need to a drastic change in financial management in government to stem runaway debt.
