‘You can call me Ant-Woman!’: Lupita Nyong’o’s fans left surprised as she eats INSECTS.

Hollywood superstar and Oscar-winner Lupita Nyong’o known for her ability to take on many diverse roles has elicited a mixed reaction on her social media page after a photo of her eating ants went viral at a gala event held at world-renowned restaurant Noma in Los Angeles on Thursday evening.

However,the 39 year old actress took to her Instagram and shared a photo of herself enjoying the bizarre snack, which was served at the opening night of a three-night dinner series in collaboration with nonprofit MAD and car company Audi.

In the photo, Lupita explained that the ants taste well as her friends talked about trying out other delicacies like crickets.
“These are ants and tastes good.You can call me Ant-Woman!! #Marvel #Ants #Foodie,” she captioned the photo.

Lupita proudly showed off the delicacy which appeared to be a type of stone fruit with the insect sprinkled on top.Thus,the Black Panther actress did not hesitate to take another bite as she announced: ‘It’s ants.’
