• The Controversial influencer Andrew Tate remained in Romanian police custody for 24 hours on 21st, August following an investigation into new allegations against him. 
• The internet sensation was awaiting trial for allegations of human trafficking and rape but could now face more than that.

Andrew and his younger brother Tristan were taken for interrogations by Romania’s serious crime agency DIICOT, as police searched their house. The duo brothers have remained in police custody for 24 hours. According to Tristan Lawyer, they are being held until the prosecutor can ask a judge to either release them, detain them or move them to house arrest.

Tate, in short interview with reporters, said the prosecutors were desperate.” Wait until you see, they say I have lover-Boyed the mother of my children. we tricked them into having kids” Tate said. He said the files are more pathetic than the first. “Ask them this time what the evidence is” he stated.

Andrew Tate said the Romanian prosecutors have no evidence against him and they are working at a conspiracy to silence him. He claims the prosecution is destitute of merits and the allegations are simply frivolous.

Tate was the most googled man in the year 2022 and 2023 respectively. He has been branded a misogynist by many who feels that the man is extremely dangerous to the society.  Andrew Tate was previously banned record time by the social media for expressing what was termed as ‘misogynistic ideas’. Tate on the other hand sats he only teaches young men to be men enough to take up to their responsibilities and he doesn’t see anything wrong with teaching a man how to be a man.

The duo brothers, who were former kick boxers are accused of exploitation and extortion of women, via an adult content business, which the prosecution counsels allege was operated as a syndicate crime group.  However, Tate believe he is an innocent man, and the authorities are planting things on him due to his sturdy, audacity, boldness in expressing his views, which is in contrary to what he terms as the ‘matrix’.
